Submitted intake information is stored securely and accessible only by Dakota. Form submissions are routed to Dakota's verified email. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

You may receive email communications related to coaching, scheduling, and your training plan. You may request to stop receiving non-essential communications at any time.
